Beauty department - Poor logistics

I bought make-up online and paid for fast delivery or should I say supposed to be, and obviously the parcel was not delivered on the specified day, and I was travelling the next day. There's definitely Logistics issues with delivery services for beauty products because I experienced the same before, and unfortunately there's no immediate assistance from woolies to mitigate the situation no matter the urgency. Lesson learnt this time - NO MORE!
