Be careful returning clothes

I tried to return some Trennery clothes to Festival Mall that had been purchased during a trip to Umhlanga during the holidays. They turned me away as they said I need to return Trennery to a bigger clothing store. This is highly inconvenient as larger stores are further away and they wasted my time and money on the trip. Noone has ever informed me that you need to return clothes to sepcific stores. To be honest not even sure which Woolworths store I need to go to now.
