BASH deliver disappointment

I have 2 very bad experiences with Woolworths dash

1) I placed an order on the 24th of Sept 2024, order was NOT DELIVERED AND RETURNED TO STORE. I did phone and they told me that they will refund me, it is now 3 weeks later and still no luck with receiving my money back

2) I've ordered waffles 6 pack, only 5 was in packet when delivered. I did send photos and report, on the 26st of Sept 2024. The feedback is just they have send the request through to the support team to contact me, still no joy
