Ballito Junction Woolworths

My wife and I went to Woolworths Ballito Junction for lunch , we waited a little while as there where empty tables but had dirty plates on them . The manager and a waiter cleared it , we sat down and placed our order for coffee first when it came it was not hot and the waiter said they had been very busy but now it was now quiet in the meantime we had placed our order for food and things very lax with the staff and very noisy. We waited and waited and my wife could see our food on the station and we tried to get their attention and eventually my wife got up and went to the station and the manager assisted with the food. Time to pay the bill we had to ask for it , went to the pay station and their card machine didn’t work I had to get a voucher from the main shop pay point and give it to the waiter . This is shocking
