Bags

I have received a bag as a gift beginning 2016. a few weeks ago i notice that the bag is pealing and i went into one of your store and advised them that this bag is pealing off. They refuse to exchange the bag as it was a bag bought in 2015 the say cause the label tell. According to me this is not suppose to happen to a Woolworth Bag.

i am very unhappy and not sure if i ever buy or request a bag as a gift again from Woolworth
