BAG ****** IN WOOLWORTHS

on Thursday the 14 Jan 2016 I visited the Woolworths store in campus square Jhb. While doing my shopping my handbag was snatched from me. and when I notified the branch manager she advised that it happens all the time and when I asked to see the footage of the incident I was told the cameras are not working. I fail to understand how this is happening in such a well known store and I always felt safe in woolworths. the store has more then 6 security guards in the store but they all have not seen anything.<br> I am highly disappointed and irate as I had my ID, cellphone, bank cards, store cards house keys and my electricity bill in my bag. this has caused me immense inconvenience and after reporting the incident at the police station my investigating officer has closed the case as woolworths is not able to supply the footage of the incident. I will not shop at woolworths any longer as they have a don't care attitude towards crime in their store. it seems as though they accept that this type of thing is happening since they are so nonchalant about my loss. <br> <br> Salomie - Highly disappointed woolworths customer
