BADDDDDDDDDD SERVICE FROM WOOLWORTHS

I have phoned Tygervalley store everyday to enquire where my card is that apparently has to be made ? Made - is it made with a special colour that cannot be sourced in Africa is that why its taking so long - absolutely ridiculous ! I have been waiting 20 days for my store card and everyone i phone tells me the card is on the way ! SERIOUSLY! This is REALLY SHOCKING
