BAD!!!BAD!!! SERVICE WOOLWORTHS BROOKLYN

During my lunch time rushed to woolies Brooklyn Pretoria as is closer to my work to get a few bras due to weight changes got there spoke to a lady who directed me to the fitting room as I wanted to be measured otherwise would have bought online, got to the fitting room the lady who is supposed to ASSIST with measurements told me to bring a size she suggests & fit without being measured first, I told her that will not be my size because I am a size bigger than that I know & mentioned to her, she responded (without any care) there's no way she will stand up from the chair & help me coz she is working there alone whereas I see there's plenty of stuff in the shop, fine I had to leave without the bras because I cannot be taking off clothes to fit wrong sizes as she is telling to do, am not a child I know when & what I need to buy ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS MEASURE/CALL SOMEONE WHO WILL BE WILLING TO ASSIST SO THAT AM CERTAIN WITH THE SIZE, I AM SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE RECEIVED, My lunch time was waisted, MAKES ONE WONDER WHY WOOLWORTHS ENCOURAGES BEING MEASURED TO GET THE RIGHT BRA SIZE & THEIR STUFF DOES THE OPPOSITE
