Bad Woolworths online service

Really unhappy with Woolworths Online. Every time I order the order gets delivered outside the allocated slot without any feedback. Yesterday's order didn't get delivered at all, even after receiving an email confirming it will be delivered in the time-slot, and also no feedback when it will be delivered. One uses online services to save time any then have to spend time phoning around an holding on to find out what's happening with one's delivery. Had to arrange people to be at my house to receive the order and after the calls had to find out it was moved to the next day without any communications. Really not Woolworths quality.
