BAD Woolworths

I am so disappointed in Woolworths and their online services. I had queries relating to my two orders O*** & O*** that I still have not received. Note that it was placed on the 17th Dec. I made numerous calls, send numerous emails and to-date no feedback at all. If someone can just PLEASE deliver my order or refund me my R2000 it would be great. All I receive is an email to say our on line team will be in contact with you. However this also does not happen. I believe there is a communication break between Woolworths and their courier services at the warehouse or the one blames the other, maybe someone just takes the orders for themselves after customers paid.
