bad treatment

It is accentual to practice good customers service and relationships. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity that must be from both customers and staff, Most companies rules are that their staff should communicate in Inglish when the customer is present, They must make eye contact, smile, remember when your customer leaves your store, he/she are going to advertise your store to friends and family,( your free advertising.) I always rated Woolworth as the store with the best shopping experience, the appearance of the store, the availability of the products, and freshness, and most of the time their staff help fullness and kindness. I was part of one of the biggest retailers in the corporate world, we took customer service very seriously and select our staff that work directly with the public extremely carefully on appearance, attitude, and personality. I can't complain about Woolworth they are a great store to shop with, but unfortunately, you get this one staff member that spoils your visit to the store, this guy should be in your stock room or any other place than working with your customers, he is damaging your good image. This is the reason why I feel so negative about Woolies Bromhof and the way I was treated in your store doing shopping and making use of your specials yesterday. I was in your store on the 27-01-22 between 15h45 and 16h15 to buy your special on the chicken and ice cream, (must say your chickens still taste the best) a gentleman was serving at the specific counter, I inquired about the special and if it was still on, and ask where the ice cream was when I return to the counter he already put a small chicken in a bag which I told him that we always pick our chicken. This aggravated him he took the chicken I picked and throu it on the counter, he turned around to another lady behind him and give a remark about his language which I don’t understand and they had a good laugh. I later was looking for a French loaf and asked a lady where to find it, she called the gentlemen that serve at the chicken counter to help me and when he saw me he said to me is that you again. I will always remember this incident when I think of your store, luckily there is other woolies close by.
