Bad treatment

@woolwothssa … Sad 😞 very disappointed by the treatment I received from the Woolworths stuff at west gate mall in Rooderport. To cut the story short a payment was made to a wrong account. Went to Woolworths Today 15/02/23 to go fix this because I’ve been receiving calls from collections to pay my account. I’ve sent/emailed a proof of payment receipt to say payment was made on the 20/01/2023. only to find out it a was to a wrong account, I wasn’t even mad about it because a knew it can be fix it was a human error understanding so. I went to the store to sort out the issue though again wasn’t angry or disappointed. When I got there by the tills I found a lady I don’t know her name told her the story she asked for my id , she took my id she went to the office not far from where I was standing heard her saying. “Customer are irritating with coming here with their IDs to pay account now there is a payment error why don’t they come with their cards irritated so”. Then she came back with my details she didn’t even know what happened to ask what happened to my card and why was I paying using my ID card, she just judged the situation without knowing. Another lady supervisor tried to assist Woolworths call centre it is the worst poor service to even to stuff members they sounded as if they do not know what they are doing ,they sound confused dropping calls or placing us on hold for long. I have spent 3hours trying to resolve pay allocation query that was even resolved even now. On my back ground other stuff members kept on saying “why are clients bring IDs to pay accounts they irritating other stuff even said they don’t assist customers if they come with IDs. It horrible experience they made me feel like it was my fault of them paying a wrong account even made me questions if Woolworths train their employees for customer service. worst no one apologised or show sympathy.
