Bad Treatment
TREATED LIKE A ******** AT WOOLWORTH MALL OF AFRICA As a loyal customer who has been shopping at Woolies for many years I'm mostly happy with the service I receive. Yesterday I went to Woolworths, Mall of Africa after work and I accidentally missed the cooking oil that was in my trolley after paying for everything else except that and I left the store. As I walked out of the store (knowing how big the store is), the security guard only approached me then and called me back and i just went back without hesitating. I was kept at their security office for 1&1/2 hour being interrogated by two security guards, the operations managers (Niral Gopal and Amos) about the cooking oil as to why didn't I pay for it. After the embarrassment and torture he asked for my rewards cards and checked if i was really a regular customer and after checking I was told to go as they were giving me the benefit of the doubt nothing else. This was an honest mistake from a person who's had a long day and went to do groceries after work. Yes I had to be questioned, but not interrogated for that long. I'm extremely unhappy with the treatment I received considering how much money I spend on a weekly basis.
