bad ...terible service

I bought on line which showed the product is available .later they advised no stock,then my money will be loaded back on the card as they had not debited...tried to buy on Saturday the 3rd at their bulwer store they told me I cant and the card department has closed...I went there at 10am was told to come on Monday 5th February went there at 2.45 and was sent pillar to post till at 5pm when bongani said they cant help me I should go...waste three hours to be told I should go...woolworths have no regard for their customers
