Bad telephonic etiquette

I had a very experience with the gentleman by the name of Michael at Eastgate , I bought a smeg and it’s now not functioning and I needed assistance. Micheal from Eastgate , laughed at me when I was raising my concern on the issue , he was very sarcastic and laughed at me with me cracking a joke . I feel so disrespected and insulted . What happened to treating clients fairly regardless of the race , education or what so ever. Micheal need to call me and apologize for his pathetic behaviour.
