Bad staff reputation

Good day

My name is Cindy Viljoen a Loyal client of Woolworths Bloemfontein.

I was very disgusted yesterday late afternoon (03/12/2018 just before 20:00)when I went for a walk in Universitasrif in Bloemfontein. One of your staff members dressed in Woolworths Uniform and name tag (I couldn't see what the name was) but she works in your beauty department at Woolworts Loch Logan Bloemfontein, always with very short red hair) and she was conducting her self in a very bad manner acting out and swearing, the Police was also there to get her under control but she was disrespecting the 2 Officers as well as they tried to get her to leave.

This is unacceptable and disrespecting towards the company she works for.

I hope you will act accordingly and get this sorted as I as a client will feel very uncomfortable going to your store with staff members like that.
