BAD STAFF ATTITUDE

I want to complaint about very poor service at woolworths store in the Carlton centre Johannesburg. I went with my daughter to buy shoes for her and could not find size shoe for her. A staff member was talking loudly to another women,looked like a friend did not bother to come to my aid.I went to her and noticed her name was Schonez. I asked her if she could go and check in the storeroom for size 1 shoe. Schonez pulled her face and said there was no stock. i asked her if she could go and check maybe with other nearest branch. she said no because it was not her job.I left her and took clothes i wanted to fit on TO the fitting room. There was no one there and i waited for 10 minutes to see Schonez AGAIN coming to the fitting room. I was already upset with her when she told me Woolworths was understaffed and that i must make quick because she had to get back to the kiddies department. Needless to say l left the garments i would have bought and left the store in DISGUST. As i left i saw Schonez going back,smiling talking happily with her friend. WORST SERVICE EVER in my 20 years as a loyal customer.NOT ANY MORE
