BAD SHOE QUALITY

Im so upset with the Leather T-Bar School Shoes in brown, twice a year i must buy my daughter school shoes because its either the stitching that comes loose since the stitching is not right through the shoe or the soul comes apart from the actual shoe. I think this is pathetic as the school shoes are not cheap. I also feel that the shoe should have a rubber sole as well ,as my daughter fell down the stairs a few times with that shoes as the sole of the brown shoes are PLASTIC . I want this issue resolved as my daughter getting hurt because of shoes that are not well made is unacceptable. I want this resolved!
