Bad servies

I found woolsworth staff changing the policy nd terms and conditions I got a gift n id like to exchange it to what i want,i ddnt get what i wanted to to the value of the items I could have understood the person helping m if i said i want a refund or voucher i wanted to exchange wth th same value as it says at the back of the slip...im so disapointed nd someone needs to answer.I stood there for 30mins and while i explained to tht guy tht staff looking at me wow...woolsworths.. What a treatment Woolsworths canal walk
