Bad servide

I paid up my account on the 12th of April 2019 and even received a paid up letter. Even today they can't clear my account on their system and ITC. I have sent them emails and called but it seems as if no one is willing to assist me. Always when I call Theresa a guy by the name of John hes so rude.
