Bad servicr rude staff

Worst customer seevice ever..windemere store is the worst store ive ever shopped in.this must be my 5th complaint about the same store, same manager snd same issue.nothing changes and the attirude sucks. So rude. They have a speed queue which clearly states 5 items or less. Everytime i go in there someone is in front of me with at least 20items. No other store allows this so why does this one? And all the time? Cashier rude said her perogative.. manager just stared.at me.... why have an express q if u dont man it properly.? Just an awful store. I keep conplaining and nothing changes.
