Bad Services when returning

<p>I am very dissapointed at the poor service I receievd at Woolworths store Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth, I bought a lip gloss of which after I app**** my lips developed scary rash . When I went complaining about it, they (the Manager) say that they are sorry, according to the policy, do not do returns on make up and cosmetics for "hygiene" reasons, If they take it back its going to be a loss to the company . when I ask what am I suppose to to now obviously the product is faulty, they simple not coming up with solution. PLease help, if the company can't bare the loss, is it me who must bare the loss?</p>
