Bad services

I have written to hello peter regarding the bad services from Woolworths on the 23.08.2019 nobody has called me or respond back to my email to show that you don't take people serious regarding the treatments we getting to the Retails stores which we definitely trust. I find it very difficult to understand what taking so long for someone to get back to me or is it because this doesn't like someone was rude and the the service was great.
