Bad service Woolworths online

I made an online order on Monday, 07th Oct and another one on the 8th, seeing that there is no progress on order, I contacted Woolworths contacted centre and I was assured that everything is in order, my goods will be delivered today. This morning I got a call that they are out of stock and nothing can be done.
