Bad service woolworths financial services

I’ve got a woolworths credit card for about 2 months now and financial services has still failed to Fica my account after sending countless emails and dropping off hard copies of the requested documents, however month end they debit they monthly installments without fail I’m very disappointed in the service I’m getting from woolworths
