Bad Service Woolworths

I bought a product online for the first time. I registered with my company name, but there was no space to put my VAT number. I called Woolworth to ask them to please add a VAT number as I need it for my accountant. It should be a very simple thing to do. I won't be doing anymore online shopping at Woolworths again.
