Bad service Woolies online

The Woolworths online service is absolutely pathetic. I ordered a gift for someone on 15 Nov and they said the latest it will be delivered is 22 Nov. Today is the 27th and nothing has been delivered. Iv been calling them all week and all I hear is how sorry they are. They have no idea where the parcel is or when it will be delivered. They put you on hold for ever and then just end the call when you ask to speak to a manager. They continuously say they will check on it and call you back- they never call back. Sorry unfortunately isn’t helping when I have someone waiting daily at home to recieve a gift! On Wednesday I was told it’s out for delivery, and then Recieved an email saying it was never out for delivery. How hard is it to pack up some pjs and deliver it??!! Above and beyond that its not exactly cheap shopping at Woolies so you would expect some really good service. Very disappointed!
