Bad service woolies

Good day. On the 3rd of April I went into Woolies empangeni branch and purchased chicken. Came home only to realize that the chicken pieces were rotten. It was stinking I was shocked I could not believe it. I went in on the Sunday to return and lay a complaint I am not sure what is happening is woolies are they dropping there standards.
