Bad service with Dash

I ordered through Dash and I wasn't with my phone for 5 minutes thereafthey send my order back to the store and tell me to go pick up the order. They insist on a a tip for the driver and charge me delivery and I have to pick up my order. I cant really complain about the service seeing there was no service. I will not support Dash ever again. Checkers 60 min will be receiving my orders going forward. Woolworths products are amazing sad that their service is a let down every time.
