Bad Service received

Went to Westgate Mall on Saturday the 26th of March, i was assisted by the Manager of which i'm about it. Spoke to Lynn Head Office she was so rude as i was asking for a Temp Card not knowing it has been discontinued, without notifying us. I'm so hurt by the way i was treated she shouted at me asking me to talk to the store manager regarding Auths number, it's disgusting i can't even talk about it. Thinking that i only have one account,(clothing) as i know their service is excellent ,food, clothes etc. Whenever i make payments i pay them in advance me saying this i'm truly,truly hurt that she managed to make me feel like a fool. I just wanna close my account, as i went there to buy my Hubby a present knowing that i will get something nice. <br> <br> Sad client
