Bad service over all

called to order a dress which Waterfront did. They called me on Thursday to collect the dress. To my surprise at the store and stand on a long q and drove all the way from Pinelands to get told the dress is not there. Pedronella than tried to assist me to order a dress again!!!! <br> <br> This all happened on Saturday, she took my details and assured me she will sort it out. I call today to follow, she couldn't even remember what I ordered nor did she have my details. she assured me again that the dress will be ordered today and she would call me immediately...I'm still waiting for that call.<br> <br> Customer service - yeah sure its brilliant right. Step it up for such a huge retail shop this is unacceptable.<br> <br> Not a happy customer at all.<br> <br>
