Bad service order No: o***

I made an order on the 16th of November and it was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday the 23rd of November 2023 however it was not delivered. The next day I called in and was told to expect the parcel as it was out for delivery, I waited all day for it to no avail again on Saturday I called in and was told that they attempted delivery but they couldn't get a hold of me on my phone and that the parcel was being returned to the warehouse. I then informed the agent that I never received a call from them and no one came drop off any parcel at the said address I then asked that the agent confirm the number which is the number that I use and it corresponds to the one they have on their side(064). I sent through an email and the reply was that they tried to contact me on a number that I had down as an alternative number, I called again today (27/11/2023) to change my contact details and was told that the number I use(064) is the number that they have registered, they then put me through to the online department who then said they have the alternative number as my main number however on my contact information for all orders I have made with them the number reflects my 064 number which left me confused even more as to which number the courier company used if my details reflect correctly on my order.

I am very unhappy with the level of service I received, orders from Woolworths never arrive on the scheduled date and on top of that details are not the same yet it's the same company. I had vouchers which I used to make this purchase and I am not even sure if there is any thing they will do to reimburse them should my order be returned, courier companies used are not verified they just use which ever is available at that time as one of their agents stated, it has become a frustration to use their online services and for someone who lives far from their stores guess it is useless to even shop with them anymore.
