Bad service online

Beginning of June I ordered items from woolworths online for delivery. 17 June i received email stating that my order was delivered .to my surprise I called woolworths and informed them that I didn't receive any order .They forwarded me a proof of delivery I told them I didn't receive anything. Im disappointed at them because they are not solving the problem, they promised to send the driver to where he dropped the parcel, but when do follow up the story change
