Bad service no response

I bought a Christmas meat hamper at Woolworths in Kenilworth on the 4th DEC. When I got home I unpacked the meat and found a hair underneath the sealed pack of corned tongue. I immediately took pictures and sent it through to ********** I waited and no response then I emailed them on fb they said they can't find my mail I must resend which I done and then no1 responded. I sent another email and still nothing. Christmas is next Monday and I'm struggling since the 4th to get assistance with this issue.
