Bad service /No feedback

Good day. I have queried at 3 different Woolworth branches in Cape Town (N1 City mall, Canal walk mall, Zewenwacht Mall) with regards to a declined account application. I have tried on several occasions to get some feedback as to why I was declined but nobody has been getting back to me. I would just like some more information. Can anyone please assist!
