Bad Service Mall Of The South

You Mall Of The South Branch is not very accomodating. We were there yesterday 2 submit bank statements for account we app**** for but apparently the guy phoned in sick cant see out of a whole store full of staff only 1 person can assist we had now feedback regarding the account we dont even know if the statements were submitted appalling if u ask me
