Bad service - incompetence

My WW in-store card account was settled on 11 June 2018.

My account was handed over to a collection agency. After receiving a special discount the account was settled. I received a paid up-letter that I forwarded to WW shortly thereafter requesting credit clearance. After 3 months I'm still struggling to get the negative WW listing removed from my credit profile.

I contacted one of the major credit bureaus (Experian) on Friday 14 September again to follow up on the WW listing on my credit profile.

They confirmed that my WW account is still reflecting on their side with a balance (and instalment) of R3k+. They have no record of any instruction from WW to remove the bad listing from my credit profile.

They want the NAME of the AUTHORISED AGENT who sent the instruction through...something WW can't do because according to WW the instruction gets send via an electronic file and not by an individual. The credit bureau do not accept instructions from the account holder or can't trace the instruction with a reference number. I don't know what to do anymore. This is so frustrating!

My WW account is settled yet there remains a balance of R3k+ on my credit profile when there should be no WW account reflecting on it.

My balance was R10k+ I received a special discount of R7k+ The balance of R3k+ is STILL REFLECTING on my credit record (as a monthly instalment ). Why is the difference still reflecting as an outstanding amount when I have a paid up-letter confirming a zero balance? The monthly instalment of R3k has a negative effect on my total affordability when I apply for credit.

The agents at WW has no compassion for my dilemma and are clearly not sending the correct information through to the credit bureaus.

How is it possible that after more than 3 months WW cannot successfully instruct the credit bureaus to completely remove the bad listing? I have requested this since June 2018 already. I called them telephonically and emailed them probably more than 15 times but to no avail. I also check my credit status at the 4 main credit bureaus on a regular basis.

Can someone PLEASE HELP!!
