BAD SERVICE I EXPERIENCED AT LICHTENBURG MALL WOOLWORTHS

All my life I have been believing that Woolworths has the best service amongst all the retail stores but hell no I was wrong…….made an order of a rainbow cake 3 weeks back at Woolworths Lichtenburg mall,it was on a Friday when I placed the order and I was told that the cake will be ready the following Monday the latest Tuesday and the will contact me, I waited and waited without any feedback regarding my order until I called Woolworths Lichtenburg mall after a week or so to find out what might be the delay, they then told me that the cake was ordered but has not arrived yet.Only this past Saturday I recieved call to say the cake has came and I told the lady I will come and collect it and she agreed,Sunday passed and I only went to them today which is Monday and they told me that they have sold the cake as they waited for me and I did not come.

I mean if I managed to wait for more than 3 weeks for the cake without woolies keeping me on the loop on how far is my order or what’s happening with my order, was it so difficult for them to wait just for a day before they decide to sell my order and was it difficult for them to communicate with me to tell me that they are selling my order.

I am so disappointed in Woolworths Lichtenburg mall service I don’t think I will ever go back to that store as I feel that they did not take me serious from the very beginning that’s why they couldnt communicate with me,what a ridiculous ****py service nxhaaa.
