Bad service from Woolworths regarding application of the credit card

My husband did an application with Woolworths callcenter thy faild to reveal that the card was gona take for ever even after telling the lady that he needed the money agently now we are facing to loose the big contract because of not been given correct info. I wish thy could have told us the truth we could have wrnt to the othet banks. ???
