Bad service from Woolworths Highveld Mall, Emalahleni

Woolworths Highveld Mall, Emalahleni worst experience. Wanted to buy wine, was in line 16h45, only 3 cashiers and long queue. Got to till about 16h55. Put my wine on counter, got a call, cashier did not ring it, I was then informed that it was 17h02 and the wine could not be sold to.ke as it was on Sunday after 17h00. When I complained for being in line to long because of to little cashiers on the 22 December 2024 which is already a busy day the cashier did not want to listen to me. At the end I could not buy the wine, because of not enough cashiers in store on as busy day. I will never go to that store again
