Bad service from Woolworths

I bought 2items from Woolworths online on 10 June 2020. I have not received those items up until this date. When I called Woolworths I spoke to the lady called Levina. She promised to investigate and get back to me, according to the courier company I signed for the order. But in actual fact I did not sign for it. I've even sent emails to Woolworths query department and the matter has still not been resolved. I am utterly disappointed on how Woolworths is handling this matter.
