Bad service from woolworths & country road product

I would just like to inform you of my terrible experience with WW recently when purchasing online from country road. I ordered a swim shorts as a gift, which was the incorrect size I called WW online and requested the change the call centre agent assured me this was done, but when the swim shorts was delivered it was the incorrect size...typical! I then had to phone around to the different stores to try and locate the correct pair, again customer service bad up until the realisation that I am a customer and not a fellow WW employee. Eventually got the swim shorts at a store and did the swap however the swim shorts on the floor were not priced correctly instead this was higher than usual, there was also a discrepancy with the online price vs the store price. My fiance wore the swim shorts once and the shorts faded. This is ridiculous as its a country road product which is more expensive than most WW brands also closely affiliated with quality, but yet this shorts has faded and its looking old. This was the worst experience ever I am absolutely disgusted, to the point that I no longer want to shop at WW or Country road. What upsets me more is the fact it's not 1 issue it was more.
