Bad service from woolworths

I hade account with woolworths and its was hended over to mbd, I payed the account at Kwadukuza Mall woolworths store, it's was the 13 of April 2021 I payed the settlement amount, still today mdb still call me asking for payment while I don't owe anything from woolworths..
