Bad service from Woolworths

I bought groceries from Woolworths online on the 21st of December 2023 most of which was never delivered. I have requested a refund which was never paid and have called them at least 5 times since then and always getting the same response that it’s escalated and should receive refund soon after being told twice to wait for 15 days for it to reflect in the past two months since purchase. I am extremely disappointed at the poor service Woolworths is now giving to their customers that has trusted them for years.
