Bad service from the Call Centre

It`s the 3rd time I call about a simple understandable matter that they do not give feedback on. I have to repeat myself every time I call the Call Centre . It`s my own resources that are waisted in the process. They keep on saying the matter is going to authorisation but I do not get joy from this business
