Bad service from management

I bought linen pants at Woolworths Maponya mall on the 02nd April 2016 and wore the the next day next as I was invited to a private party as I was in a party it wasn't hardly 4 hours when I started seeing that my new pant looked old and people kept asking if this pant wasn't new a few hours ago.This experience was so frustrating as I trust Woolworths as a brand but this time I was really disappointed.I took it back the following day and I got the opportunity to speak to a manager was very rude and irrogant who told me that I had to wait 2 weeks as they had to take it to their technician's just imagine that! So does this mean I'll have to wait 2 weeks for pants but anyway after I went back after 2 weeks and I was told my pant is still not back ...remember there is financial implications a's i had to drive from mofolo to Madonna. ...please call me for a full detailed story
