BAD SERVICE FROM K.C Woolies

I am very disappointed with the service i received from the Woolies onlie delivery services and the Kenilworth Store. I Ordered on Friday evening and was told my order will be delivered on Saturday Morning between 10-12 am. The order never arrived, i did a follow up on my order and noticed i captured an incorrect address. Called the call centre and spoke to a great lady by the name of Erin. Erin called the store and rectified the address and gave them an alternative contact number for a landline for the driver to call when delivering. I was promised to receive my order first thing in the morning since the driver has left and the store is about to close, was suprised because to my knowledge the store closes at 7pm and i called after 12pm. Today (Sunday) i follow up again was told the driver tried to deliver but no one answered the door and the phone. This placee is a Psychitriac Treatment Centre and there is always someone answering the phone an the door bell. The store says the are almost closing soon when i call them at 11 am but to my knowledge the store closes at 5pm on Sunday. I really dont understand if the store is ****ing around with me because i am a person of colour and my surname is not of those of the priviledged complexion. I am so disappointed with the store and the entire Woolworths Group. My Order number is #*** and the call ref number is #447983.
