Bad Service from Finance

Good day

I contacted the Woolworth store in Sandton city which I was transferred to Mbali from finance. I told her that I am receiving sms's to come and collect my card which I do not have my id with me at the moment will they accept a drivers licences. She told me to hold and I just help on until I dropped the call. I want to know as to why finance could not answer a simple question as to if its acceptable or not to use your drivers licences to collect your card.

I am not at all pleased with woolworths service at all.
