Bad service

We(me and my friend) were at Woolworths Cavendish Shopping center on Tuesday 28/04/2020. We did groceries there and proceeded to the pay point. We were assisted by a cashier named Ludwe. He let us pack our own groceries. After we had paid, he stood up and walked away from his till. He didn't say a word except when we were done packing, he came back to say goodbye. I have not dealt with such service at Woolworths before. It was my first and last time doing shopping at that store. At other Woolworths stores they would pack the groceries for us. Maybe we were treated like that by him because we didn't buy plastic bag from him (we came with our own shopper bags).
