Bad service

I'm very disappointed with the attitude from manager by the name Sello from Woolworths Eastgate Johannesburg, I bought a country Road scarf which I returned because of bad quality which I didn't think I will get that from buying a country road product so I didn't keep the proof of purchase, upon returning it they offered me a gift voucher which I told him I bought the scarf cash why can't I get my money back because I don't want to buy anything from them he then told me if I don't want it I must live... I then called the store they took my details but nobody called me back till today.
